At age 31, after a typical night of alcohol and drug usage, I had an epiphany. My life, at this point, was filled with disappointments, downfalls, and impending disaster. The realization hit me like a ton of bricks that I had no plan, no purpose, and no direction for success or happiness. I was extremely disappointed with myself and a poor example to others. Through a series of miraculous events, I was led to a local church where, for the first time in my life, I really heard the answer that I had unconsciously been looking for.
